A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle

A Wrinkle in Time (Time, #1)
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Meg is ugly little dumb creature though her parents are brilliant scientists and everyone admires the beauty of her mother . Adding to her problems with school and other kids, Meg's father mysteriously disappeared . Story continues with the sudden appearance of three odd old women named Mrs.Which , Mrs.Who and Mrs.Whatsit .They say that Meg's father is in serious problem related to something called 'The Black Thing ' . Charles Wallace , Meg's youngest brother , goes with her and three women to save his father . Their journey has lots of magical things they've never even heard before .

Another inspiring story about power of love ,more like a fairy tale . Relaxing to read ,but didn't feel anything 'new', maybe i'd expected too much ,again .

highlighted parts.

- "Wanting doesn't have anything to do with it . Charles Wallace is what he is . Different. New."
- " No ,Meg,but people are more than just the way they look . Charles Wallace's difference is not physical .It's in essence ."
-" Nothing is hopeless . We must hope for everything "
-" We want something doesn't mean that we will get what we want , and we still do not know what to do "
-" You're given the form , but you have to write sonnet yourself . What you say is completely up to you "
